Dan, I would like to thank you very much for the fast, friendly, professional manner which you handled my claim involving my roof. After suffering major roof damage as a result of the June 2007 hail storm in my area I was happy to be treated so personally and professionally with regard to getting this taken care of. It has taken me almost a year to get all my repairs completed but your prompt response to my call resulted in my roof being replaced in a timely manner.

Additionally, I would like to thank you for being present when the claims adjuster was in process of appraising the damage. Because of your presence I am confident that things got processed in a faster and more efficient way.

Your on the job supervision resulted in a “job well done”. So well in fact that it resulted in stoppage of a leak in my roof that had been there since the house was built three years previous.

God forbid that I should ever need to have my roof replaced again as a result of a serious storm BUT should such an event occur I would not hesitate to use your company again.

Furthermore, your installer made a special trip to our house to install a piece of flashing that he said would relieve a troubled area around our chimney at no extra cost.

Please thank your install team. They were very friendly and did a great job. My wife and I took our kids to the zoo to stay out of the way of your workers and by the time we returned the roof was installed.

They also were taking the time to clean and sweep up the work site, most of which was left by the other contractors.
